Every order is packed in a thick foam cooler with eco-friendly ice packs (or dry ice), creating a portable fridge that keeps your seafood perfectly chilled. We’ve perfected this method to make sure your catch arrives fresh, delicious, and ready to cook straight out of the box.

We prep and ship orders within about a week. Transit takes 4–5 days, so your package should arrive in 10–12 days total. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships, so you can follow your seafood’s journey every step of the way. Freshness guaranteed!
Available for a limited time, Reserve is one of our largest and finest oysters. These oysters are raised in bottom cages inshore near the Blackberry Hang Oyster Reef in the Chesapeake Bay. These unique treasures are overgrown for a larger, meatier oyster. During the fall season, we are overjoyed to discover these hand-harvested delights. These quickly became a family favorite!
